Contact MK Reformed Reformer Pilates

"Absolutely love MK Reformed! I was so nervous going to my first ever reformer Pilates class and had no idea what to expect, but I genuinely didn’t need to be. The instructor was so supportive and made me feel comfortable straight away. The instructor explained everything really well and made it so easy to follow, even as a complete beginner. The classes are challenging in the best way and I always leave feeling stronger and happier. Such a lovely atmosphere — would definitely recommend!

"I started my journey with MK Reformed back in October 2025 and honestly haven’t looked back since. As a mum of three, these classes have been incredible for my physical health but also my mental wellbeing. Improving my strength, core control, and posture were some of the main reasons I chose Reformer Pilates. What I love most is that every class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, so everyone feels included and challenged in their own way."

"I just completed my 50th class and I can honestly say reformer pilates has changed my life! It has had such a positive experience on my body and mental health. Everyone has noticed how defined my body looks. I can't believe that i now have abs after 2 kids at the age of 38!"
