First time
I have never done Reformer Pilates before – is that ok?
Absolutely! There is no experience required. Our instructors are fully supportive throughout every class and will always give options and progressions to ensure everyone gets the most out of the class.
Is there a beginner class?
MK Reformed classes are suitable for all levels, from complete newbies to Reformer experts! Book any class on our timetable and out Instructor will support you through. If you would like a more personalised introduction to MK Reformed, we have 1-1 sessions that are perfect for that.

It’s my first class, what do I need to know?
We hope you are excited for you first Reformer Pilates class! Here’s some things you need to know:
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class for an introduction to the studio and Reformer bed so you are ready to get the most out of your first class!
- Please bring socks to wear for the class – grip socks are recommended but not required. We do have a variety of TAVI Pilates socks available to purchase at both studios!
- Bring water – we have filtered water stations in both studios for refilling bottles if needed.
The studios
Do you have lockers?
We have secure lockers in our changing rooms at both studios. We also have open storage inside the studio for shoes.
Do you have changing rooms?
Both of our studios have changing rooms with shower facilities and hair dryers.
Do you have water or should I bring my own?
We have filtered water stations in both studios. Please bring your own bottle to fill up.
Do you offer private classes?
Absolutely! If you are looking to book a private class or corporate event please contact the studio in person or via email.
before class
How do I book a class?
You can book up to 6 days in advance for Solihull and 10 days in advance for Birmingham. The best way to book your classes is online or via the app. Alternatively, you can call or visit the studio and a member of client services can book for you.
When should I arrive?
If you are a regular, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class so that we can start on time! If you are coming to you first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes before for an introduction to your instructor, the studio and our Reformer bed.
What if I’m running late?
For health and safety reasons, if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class our instructors won’t be able to let you in. Please also note that if there is a waitlist client waiting and you are more than 5 minutes late, we will give your spot to them.
Can I cancel my class?
You can cancel your class on the app or by contacting the studio. We do have a 12-hour cancellation policy for classes to ensure someone else has the chance to take your spot. If you cancel outside of this window, you will lose your class credit.
